Work from home for new parents

A corporate job might not let one have the ideal family life they had envisioned for themselves. It is important to balance one's career along with family life - and it is not feasible to give up one for the other. Often, new parents have trouble juggling their work along with taking care of their infant. In such cases, it is advisable that one or both parents work from home at least for some time, until the child is big enough for the parents to take up regular office jobs again. This has its advantages as parents working form home can easily manage their hours with flexibility and not be absent when the child needs them.
